Image acquisition unit
Micro camera: located at the front end of theoscope, it is the key image capture component. For example, common CMOS or CCD image sensors are used, and some high-definition endoscope cameras use high-p CMOS sensors to obtain clear and delicate images of the body, which helps doctors make accurate diagnoses. Different specifications of sensors have differences in pixel quantity, pixel size, sensitivity, which affect the resolution, clarity, and color reproduction of the image.
Optical lens group: consists of multiple lenses with different functions, responsible for clearly focusing the light of the target object on the image sensor. Through precisely designed and polished optical lenses, it can correct problems such as chromatic aberration and color distortion, image quality, and provide an appropriate field of view and depth of field, which is convenient for doctors to fully observe the organs and tissues of the body.
Lighting system
Light source: provides sufficient and uniform illumination for endoscope examination, ensuring that the camera can capture bright and clear images. Common ones include xenon lamps, light sources, etc. LED light sources are widely used in modern electronic endoscope cameras because of their low power consumption, long life, high luminous efficiency, and heat generation. Different light sources have differences in color temperature and color rendering index, which affect the color performance of the image.
Light guide components: generally use optical fibers other efficient light guide materials to transmit the light emitted by the light source to the front end of the endoscope, illuminating the observed part. Optical fibers can effectively light and have a certain degree of flexibility, which is convenient for guiding light to the target area in the complex environment of the body.
Signal transmission components
Transmission line responsible for transmitting the image signal captured by the camera to the image processing system in real time. It can be a cable, such as a copper core cable, which electrical signals to transmit image data; it can also be an optical fiber, which uses optical signals to transmit. Optical fibers have obvious advantages in high-speed, long-distance and anti-interference transmission, and can ensure high-quality and low-loss transmission of image signals.
Image processing system
Image processor: performs a series of processing and analysis the transmitted image signal, such as noise reduction, enhancement, color correction, and image digitization. Through complex algorithms and powerful computing capabilities, it improves the clarity contrast, and color accuracy of the image, and presents a more diagnostic image to the doctor. The processed image is finally displayed on the corresponding display device, such as medical monitor, which is convenient for the doctor to directly observe and diagnose.
